造血幹細胞移植期間的巨細胞病毒（CMV）感染

臨床定位：CMV 是異體造血幹細胞移植（allo-HSCT）後最重要的病毒性機會感染之一。臨床核心不是只看「PCR 陽性」，而是整合受者 CMV 血清狀態、免疫抑制程度、CMV DNA 動態與器官症狀，及早預防、監測與治療。
